I created The Board because I needed it. As a Brand Strategist and Holistic Therapist, it was exhausting finding those you dreamed of serving or working for without selling yourself to paid ads and an algorithm. And I know I’m not alone. I know you’ve looked. I know you’ve scrolled. I know you’ve posted in Facebook groups hoping the right person or role might appear. I know you’re tired of unreliable freelancer sites and high fees for low results. I know how hard it is to find trusted, thoughtful support online, especially for roles that don’t fit the traditional mould. I know it’s hard to find someone to work for who respects your intelligence and growth as a woman.
